Like a fool, I clicked it. 
Fortunately, this time, it wasn't a Rick-Roll or a browser-virus that reaches out through the monitor to slap me and shave my cat. 

It turns out to be the coolest manpage-browser I've ever seen. It's colorful, mousy, and it helps me do what I want to do, without complex magic.
