[SFS] Big Blue Button setup w Sgt T-Bob

I'm interested in assisting with any / all of this. I'm very interested in
this project from a meeting standpoint. I know it's geared towards
education but I think it has potential as a webinar / go-to-meeting type
thing. I'm particularly interested in if it supports SIP video.... (very
specifically TellyHD www.tely.com)
