[SFS] handy(?) scripts

I've been writing some scripts lately, and thought I'd share them with you. If you want to install puppet quickly and simply or build a BigBlueButton server at RackSpace, or if you just enjoy reading and writing bash scripts, you might find them interesting. 

The usual disclaimer: You shouldn't run any script without reading it first. I may not be hostile, but I can be clumsy.

The newest ones are 'install_puppet_simple', 'buildbbb', and 'install-ffmpeg.sh'. 

They're all just automations of publicly-available information.
