So, I finally placed an order for my first attempt to fix the problem.

I purchased this boom, so I can keep using my fancy mic for recorded things, but move the stand out of my way.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00721Z05A

I also got this bluetooth adapter, so I can see if the headset I use for phone-calls is good enough for interactive web-training.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ZIILLI

And last, I got this bitcoin miner, which has nothing to do with web-based training, but should add some value to the bitcoin class.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TWK9208

If this inexpensive set of possible solutions doesn't work out, I'll start seriously shopping for a boom-mic wireless headset.

This is a good time for a r3VOLution.
