I like my new shoes. 

The Blender ship is about to sail. If we don't get at least 3 signed up by Saturday, I'll have to cancel it, and that would be sad, because it's a good class. Bring a kid. Everybody likes a smart, creative kid. 

Should there be a "newsletters only" mailing list, for those that want an absolute minimum of email?
