Practically every recruiter I know is looking for DevOps, and most of them can't afford me. 

If you are good with Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or SaltStack, a scripting language like bash or python, and/or Jenkins... Even if you're only half-way with one or more of them, but you'd like to learn and work hard...
