I'm enjoying Atom thus far (half a day, no IDE or programming
experience), esp. w the "script" package to run Python inline.

I've painted myself into a corner with my card deck experiment, trying
to construct a deck from scratch by adding the suit to each card
(2-A). (Anyone who wants to rearrange my brain can check my progress
on my GitHub repo.)

Will try to regroup and take another angle later.
