MatterMost is pretty cool.=20
It's like Slack or HipChat or IRC, but it's free software (MIT/AGPL open-co=
re) and integrates nicely with GitLab, though I haven't done that bit of co=
nfiguration yet.=20
Over the next few days, I'll set up so I'm always on, and so my phone dings=
anytime I get tagged. You could do the same, and we could be ding'y togeth=
er. :-)=20
