What features are you looking for?  The big advantage of torrent is that
popular files get widely shared which lowers the total bandwidth on the
seed server.  You might also be interested in the large file services in
github and gitlab.  At the other end are file hosting services.  Wikipedia
has a list:

Don't discount a plain old webserver and a simple hierarchy of files.   You
can even enable DAV and use it as a sync/share point.
