- Happy Christmas, Hannukah, Winter Solstice, and New Year! Isn't it great that it's 2019, and technology has advanced so far that you nearly always have the same number of friends and family members in Spring as you did in Fall? Hardly anyone knows anyone that freezes or starves during the Winter anymore. I think that's great.
