Justin,
Sorry for the late reply as I was on PTO and not watching email as closely.
Couple options for you (if you haven't gotten what you needed) are:
1) use the docker modules at
http://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/list_of_cloud_modules.html#docker to
complete your task
2) look in galaxy to see if someone already did it so you can just
duplicate it -
https://galaxy.ansible.com/list#/roles?page=1&page_size=10&autocomplete=docker
Down the road,
https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/do407-automation-ansible-i
might be a good class for you if Ansible becomes something you are working
on daily. Roles took me a while to understand and I am still not great with
them since I started out with everything being an inventory item to execute
against before I learned how to use roles.
