[SFS] Note Taking - What do you recommend

Well, I use Pocket for websites, but I'm moving to wallabang soon.
I am evaluating Paperless and Mayan for printed and pdfs.
I've yet to find anything close to Onenote, so I use that. I store it on my
computers.
