GitLab CI is easy and clean.
Jenkins is popular and has a zillion features and plug-ins.
Both are free software.
I don't know anything about the Blue Ocean Editor.

They're different products aren't they? Like, GitLab CI "competes" with Jenkins, is that what you are talking about?
