[SFS] email is dead, long live email

We broke our Mattermost server. :-( 

We're not sure whether we can fix it or will have to replace it. At this point, it looks like we might have to let it go and stand up a brand new one. This is a big bummer, because all the everything will be lost. Cross your fingers. Or, better yet, if you know something about Mattermost recovery, reach out to Garheade and offer to help.
