[SFS] D is for Docker? E is for Eclipse? F is for Freedom - next three'ish Saturdays

I could try a hand at O for OpenTelemetry. I've been cobbling together some
introductory labs using otel-cli that would be aimed at beginners. Although
having some J for Jaeger experience would give a leg up.
