Subject: [SFS] SFS Method in 4 lines
Here's the short, simple version of SFS-Method:
* The SFS Method is to let the learners hear, see, do, and say it, where "it" is the thing you want them to learn.
* The Time Pie is a way to make a learning unit meet the Method. To deliver in Time Pie: Talk for 10-15 minutes, Demo for 10-15 minutes, support learners while they Pair and Share for 20-30. If you have more than 40-60 minutes, deliver more pies.
* Plot learning objectives into a narrative path and fit it onto your time-box.
* Prep for each learning unit: *Outline* the objective-driven lecture and exercise/s. Deliver it to a duck. Fix discovered problems. Deliver it to a friend. Fix discovered problems. Deliver it to the learners.
