[SFS] list recreation notifcation

Hey all, 

I moved the SFS list to a new server today. I reset most options, basically retaining only the membership, to minimize accidental errors. 

If you had options that were important to you, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, please use the password you were sent, at the link you were sent, to put the options back.
