[SFS] 2nd (and 3rd?) data-center

Got gigabit and static IP? Want to trade some hosting? 

SFS needs at least one place to park off-site backups and another monitor. You host an SFS machine and give us a static IP, and we'll host yours and give you one in return. 

Renting an instance is fine, but trading hosting with a friend or two would be *fun*.
