[SFS] C is for C

Would any of you be interested in teaching "a gentle, hands-on introduction to C" on 9/18? 

If not, I'll do it myself, but I haven't written any C in ... a very long time, so ... the product may be harder to produce and worse. 

Still, C is C. It's a cosmic necessity for SFS to deliver a C primer.
